Success of organizations is mainly rooted in innovation. Nowadays innovation in the current theological place plays significant and crucial role for the organizations and most organizations seek for creation of new ideas so that utilize the knowledge for supplying new products and services for the customers and stakeholders, and accordingly they can develop necessary infrastructures for innovation. This research was conducted in order to identify factors and indexes affecting innovative capabilities in small and medium-sized enterprises with five main factors and 20 dimensions. These factors and dimensions included: Individual factor (knowledge, skill, personality characteristics, and motivation), team factor (combination, solidarity, relationship, size), organizational factor (culture, systems and processes, strategies, leadership and organization, learning), industrial factor (networking, suppliers, customers, and competition), national factor (governmental incentives, regulations, environmental conditions), and 86 indexes. Effectiveness level of these indexes on innovative capabilities was evaluated following designing the questionnaire and distributing it among 306 experts and staff of small and medium-sized enterprises of Markazi province, and research model was fitted using structural equations and IMOS software. Finally 80 indexes with 5 main factors and 20 dimensions were accepted for the designed model. According to the research, successful innovative capabilities in small and medium-sized enterprises of Markazi province require attention to all above factors, dimensions, and indexes. Also results suggested that national factor gained first rank, industry factor gained second rank, organizational factor ranked as third, group factor ranked fourth, and individual factor ranked fifth. National dimension had the strongest relationship with innovative capabilities (R2 = 0.65), and individual dimension had weakest relationship with innovative capabilities (R2= 0.15). According to single-dimensional researches in entrepreneurial orientation-business performance literature and lack of existence for variables contributing more clarity and progress in our understanding, more study is required to be done. The main purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance with regard to organizational learning orientation, as a mediator, and market turbulence, as a moderator.  To assess the claim, we collected data by census method from senior managers or/and executives of all 55 active and semi-active SMEs in the Birjand Industrial Park. Findings showed that small firms having high entrepreneurial orientation show more inclination to organizational learning in the turbulent markets, but organizational learning tendency does not necessarily affect positively the performance of small firms even in changing markets. Mashups are next generation of web applications. A mashup is a lightweight web application that is created by combining information or capabilities from more than one existing resources to deliver a new and integrated experience to the user. Mashups introduce a new class of integration techniques in enterprises for implementing situational applications (i.e. applications that come together to solve an immediate, transient and specific business problem). In a dynamic, complex and competitive enterprise environment, it is impossible to predict and create all the future integrated applications. Enterprise mashups as a simple and quick solution helps small teams and individuals in an organization with limited knowledge in programming to create their desired integrated applications by combining and reusing internal resources of organization with resources published on the Internet. Currently there are many tools proposed by different software vendors to facilitate creating enterprise mashups. Although these tools facilitate creating enterprise mashups to some extent but still needs the mashup end-user to have some experiences in web technologies, information security and data structures of mashup components. Furthermore, the generated mashup is dependent on its components, so change or replacing a component is a complex and time-consuming task. This issue will be exacerbated in enterprise mashups that are created by knowledge workers. In this research, we aim to make creation of enterprise mashups semi-automatically by combining SOA (Service- Oriented Architecture), Semantic Web and Web 2.0 technologies. In addition, we propose a novel annotation mechanism to apply semantic descriptions and enterprise policies to the generated mashup. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study is to provide a framework of talent management based on the current situation in Iran, considering the importance of the discussion of attracting, cultivating, and retaining talents in the field of knowledge enterprises and also the theoretical poverty in the field of talent management. For this study, several knowledge enterprises in the country have been selected as the case study and due to the lack of qualitative research in the field of talent management using the method of "Grounded theory" version 2015 Corbin and Strauss, in the first step, the current framework Talent management in these companies is based on interviews with 30 people (sampling to theoretical saturation) of the stakeholders of the talent management system (talents, managers and human resources experts). The method of data collection from research participants according to Bernard's (2006) typology in structured and semi-structured interviews was appropriate to the type of participant (human resources specialist, elite, manager, or policymaker). In the first step, the most important finding is the dynamics of the various talent management processes and their placement on a spectrum, from the most undesirable to the most desirable. In the next step, according to the existing superior experiences and the identified injuries in the previous step, the optimal framework for this space was designed and by presenting the framework to managers and experts in the field, was evaluated qualitatively. The design of this framework can pave the way for moving towards the desired situation of talent management and in addition, according to the individual, organizational and cultural dimensions of talent management, enrich the literature in this field Manuscript profile
